 The front dip is extremely low and there is no padding on the bra. Will feel extremely confident wearing this gear.
  Although the bra is pretty, there is minimal support. wear this product to lift weights in and attend yoga class but don’t run in the bra. Perhaps women with smaller chests can run in this but don’t find there to be much support.
 Runs small so order one size bigger than usual.
